We also accept Medicaid and CHIP. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office to find out.
Each patient will receive a treatment plan that includes a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review your payment options.
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Financing will also be available through CareCredit healthcare. Patients must be approved through a credit check in order to qualify.
Insurance Plans
We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit.
Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
For your convenience, we also accept payments made with your Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We provide flexible In-House Payment Plans and also financing is available through Care Credit.
Payment at the time of treatment
We accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Extended payments are available upon special request. All major treatment will require an appropriate down payment.
